  • General Terms and Conditions:

At RAÍCES VERDES, we are committed to providing the best quality customer service; however, there are various circumstances that are beyond our control in the provision of our services. Likewise, due to legal requirements, we must specify the timelines and procedures for handling cases and inquiries regarding our service. We recommend that you review the store's terms and conditions of sale and operation.

  • Platform Use:

To use the RAÍCES VERDES platform located on the raicesverdes.mx site, you must be at least 18 years old or, if applicable, be accessing it under the supervision and consent of your parents, the person holding legal parental authority, guardianship, or a legal guardian, as the case may be. Commercial use or the use of third-party names without authorization is prohibited; any infringement of these terms and conditions will result in a penalty.

  • Data Protection:

The data provided by the customer is protected and will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances.

  • Purchases:

Any purchase made on this site implies an express intent to pay for and receive the requested products.

Payment for merchandise implies acceptance of the terms and conditions expressed herein.

The products for sale on this website are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, syndrome, or ailment. The information provided on this site is for informational purposes only. As always, please consult with a doctor before starting any diet, exercise, or supplement program, before taking any vitamins or medication, or if you suspect you may have a health problem.

RAÍCES VERDES is a self-service store. All information regarding products for sale is published on this website. The photographs presented are representative only, and there may be differences between the photographed product and the one actually delivered to the customer.

  • Service Hours:

Customer service is available at any time of the day and any day of the week, including holidays.

  • Prices:

All prices are expressed in national currency (Mexican pesos) and include VAT (IVA) or IEPS, when required by law.

Prices are non-negotiable and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payments:

The available payment methods are:

  • VISA, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards.
  • HSBC, Banamex, Santander, and Inbursa debit cards.
  • Paypal.

– For payments via Paypal or Conekta, regular delivery in Mexico City and the Metropolitan Area takes a maximum of 2 business days. If the order was placed before 3:00 pm, it will be shipped that same day; delivery to the rest of the country takes 2 to 5 business days. We do not provide deliveries or process orders on non-business days: Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Only pre-paid orders are processed for shipping.

For credit card payments, in the event that payment systems require RAÍCES VERDES to verify the customer's personal data, a form will be sent to the customer to attach the required documentation. If it is not received within 24 calendar hours after it is sent, the order will be automatically canceled and the amount paid will be refunded to the card used.

  • Invoicing:

All orders include a purchase receipt sent automatically by the system. If you require an invoice, please request it at contacto@raicesverdes.mx. It will be necessary to attach the Tax Identification Certificate (CIF) in original PDF format issued by the Tax Administration Service (SAT). Photocopies, scans, or data in a format other than that issued by said administration will not be accepted, as it is the only one that carries a digital signature.

  • Shipping:

Our product prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping has an additional cost of $110.00 charged to the customer.

Shipping service is provided by specialized courier companies (Fedex & DHL). RAÍCES VERDES has little or no influence over the internal processes of these companies. Therefore, once the customer receives the tracking number, they must communicate with the chosen courier company to track their order through the means provided by said company.

Likewise, RAÍCES VERDES will only be responsible for non-delivery in cases where the address entered by the customer differs from the address entered by RAÍCES VERDES personnel on the shipping label. The customer must adhere to the policies and procedures of the requested courier company.

In the event that a package is returned due to the courier company's inability to deliver it, the customer must pay for the shipping service again.

  • Shipping Processing:

All orders placed after 3:00 pm are processed no later than the business day following payment. Therefore, orders placed on Friday after 3:00 pm will be processed by Monday at 9:00 am. We do not have deliveries or order processing on non-business days: Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Pick-up of an order by the courier company may take up to one business day after the order is processed.

In the event that the destination zip code is not covered by our courier service providers, we will contact the customer to request an alternative delivery address or to refund the amount paid for the order.

  • Changes and Returns for Purchases Made:

All sales are final. There are no returns. In the event that a product arrives incorrect or in poor condition, exchanges for the same product may be made. In case of receiving one of our products in poor condition, the customer must send an email to contacto@raicesverdes.mx with all the information regarding the situation, the reason for the exchange, and a photograph of the product they wish to exchange. Shipment of the correct and/or good-condition product will be scheduled, and the incorrect and/or poor-condition product will be picked up; we ask that you place the incorrect and/or poor-condition product carefully inside its original packaging; it is important that you do so with all its components and parts. Exchanges are not accepted 2 days after receiving the product.

It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide clear and sufficient information so that the contracted courier company can deliver the contracted service on time and in the proper manner.

To request subsequent changes to the delivery address, please reply to the order confirmation email. Only changes that do not imply higher shipping costs can be made, as this must be handled directly between the customer and the courier company.

Any error or oversight on the part of the customer in selecting collection or shipping options is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer.

  • Modifications to the www.raicesverdes.mx site:

RAÍCES VERDES may, at any time and whenever it deems appropriate, without the need to notify the User, make corrections, additions, improvements, or modifications to the content, presentation, information, services, areas, databases, and other elements of said site, without this giving rise to any right to claims or compensation, nor implying any recognition of liability in favor of the User.

  • Validity, termination, and modification of the terms and conditions of use:

The Company, as well as the User, acknowledge that the Terms and Conditions are of unlimited duration and will enter into force upon their publication on the Site.

RAÍCES VERDES reserves the right to make alterations to this document without prior notice. Therefore, RAÍCES VERDES recommends that the User re-read this document regularly so that they are always informed about potential modifications. Alterations to the contract will become effective immediately after their publication on the Site. Once the modifications are made, it will be presumed that the User who continues to use the Site has full knowledge of, has read, and has consented to the amended Terms and Conditions. In the event that the User does not accept the modified terms and conditions, they must stop using the Website.

RAÍCES VERDES may, at any time, suspend access to the Website and/or terminate these Terms and Conditions. The termination of these Terms and Conditions will not in any case imply that RAÍCES VERDES must compensate the User.
